What We Manage
Cyber
Security
Controls only work if they are maintained. Radius builds proportionate protection into how the environment is run: identity, devices, email, configuration, backup and a plan for when something looks wrong.
Scope
A working baseline
The exact controls depend on the customer. The shape of the work does not.
Identity and MFA
Sign-in that is harder to steal and still usable. Conditional Access where the way of working supports it.
Endpoints
Devices that are encrypted, patched and able to be managed when they are not in the office.
The everyday path for fraud and malware, reduced by tenant configuration and how people are asked to work.
Permissions
Access that matches the role. Shared everything is not a control.
Secure configuration
Defaults that are safe enough to live with, on tenants, devices and network equipment.
Vulnerability and patching
Known issues closed in a cycle, not only after a scare.
Backup and recovery
A copy that can be restored, including after ransomware, with a path you could follow.
Awareness
People told what to watch for, in language they will use.
Logging and monitoring
Enough visibility to notice unusual sign-in or device behaviour — and someone who will act.
Incident readiness
Who is called, what is isolated, and how recovery starts. Written before it is needed.
How Radius manages it
- Understand
What exists, who uses it, and what the business actually depends on.
- Standardise
A known configuration, documented, rather than every machine being a special case.
- Protect
Identity, devices, backup and proportionate controls built into the way it is run.
- Monitor
Watch health and change, so problems are noticed before they become a queue of people.
- Support
When something fails, stay with it. Coordinate suppliers. Tell the business plainly.
- Improve
Remove repeated faults, plan the next refresh, and stop work that no longer earns its place.
Cyber Essentials is a UK government-backed set of baseline controls. Some organisations use it as a useful shape for the work. Radius can help a customer align with that language. This page is not a claim that Radius holds a particular certification.
Our standard
Security is part of the Radius Standard — proportionate controls maintained as operations, not bolted on afterwards.

Related capabilities
Security should be built into IT management, not bolted on afterwards. We will not invent breach statistics, and we will not claim accreditations Radius has not evidenced.
