Radius Technology is a technology partner for small businesses. We take responsibility for the environment we agree to manage, and we stay with problems until they have a clear resolution. That is the company we intend to be.

Why this company exists
Many businesses outgrow the informal arrangement that got them started: a capable person who knows the passwords, a local repair contact, a mix of vendors who each own a slice. Larger providers can be technically strong and still feel distant. Meanwhile the work itself has changed. It now includes identity, Microsoft 365, security, cloud, backup, automation and — where it is justified — AI. Smaller businesses deserve that managed properly, without unnecessary complexity and without becoming a number in a queue.
