Help for people Radius already looks after — and a clear path if you are new.
Existing customer
Use your normal agreed Radius support route — the one given when the service started, or in the most recent service conversation. That is the channel that already knows the environment. You can also email support@radiustechnology.co.uk.
This website does not publish a support telephone number or a customer portal. There is no 24/7 claim and no emergency SLA on this page.
New or prospective customer
Start with a conversation, not a ticket. A short message is enough if you already know what is in the way. A Technology Review is better if you want Radius to look across the environment before talking.
Security incidents, outages and urgent issues
If you are an existing customer and something serious is happening — a suspected security incident, a data issue, or an outage in an environment Radius manages — use your agreed support contact method and, where it helps, email security@radiustechnology.co.uk. Do not wait only on a public form, and do not send passwords, dumps or incident evidence through a website page.
If you are not a customer, Talk to us is the public route. It is not an incident hotline.
