AI & Automation

Make repetitive work more efficient and adopt AI where it has a clear business purpose. Radius helps assess processes, select suitable tools and put security, privacy and human oversight in place.

Who it is for
Teams with a specific repetitive process or an AI use case worth assessing.
Separately agreed
Further workflows, custom development and ongoing operation beyond the agreed project. Tool licences are identified in the proposal.
What shapes the price
Process complexity, integrations, data sensitivity, implementation and ongoing care.

The scope below is agreed in your proposal. Compare services.

Scope

Process discovery

We map the work and the intended result before selecting a tool.

Current workflow

How the job actually happens, including the unofficial steps.

Repetition and bottlenecks

Where time and errors concentrate.

Hand-offs

The joins between people and systems, where work usually stalls.

Duplication

The same data typed twice, or the same approval chased in three channels.

Manual administration

The grind that feels cheap until you count it.

How Radius manages it

Our operating model explains how we assess, organise and care for the technology we manage.

Responsibility

Responsible adoption

These are not extras. They are the work before anything is put in front of staff.

  1. Data and identity

What the system can see, and which identity it uses to see it.

  2. Permissions

Least privilege. A model with everyone's mailbox is not a design.

  3. Security and privacy

Treat the tool as a system with attack surface. Default personal data to exclusion.

  4. Governance and compliance

Approved tools, acceptable use, and the obligations this business actually has. No framework theatre.

  5. Human oversight

Someone identifiable owns outputs that affect money, access, customers or people.

  6. Training and review

People know what it must not do. Quality, cost and permissions are watched after go-live.

Define the result before the build: time given back, fewer errors, a shorter cycle. Measure it where you reasonably can. If the only benefit is that the tool exists, turn it off. Sometimes the correct recommendation is not to automate.

Our standard

Automation sits inside the Radius Standard: justified, governed and overseen — or left alone.
