Why Radius
How We
Work
Working with Radius should feel personal without being informal, and structured without becoming a process company. We use tools behind the scenes. The customer relationship stays with people. Ticket volume is not the measure of value.
A relationship, not a ticket queue.

The operating model
- 01
Understand
The business, the people, the systems, the suppliers, and what is already going wrong.
Before we take anything on, we need to see the business as it is — not as a previous diagram said it was.
- 02
Baseline
The environment against the Radius Standard, with exceptions named rather than ignored.
The aim is a known environment and a support path that works — not a ceremony.
- 03
Stabilise
Urgent risk first. Access, inventory and support paths that actually work.
The things that should not wait for a tidy project plan.
- 04
Protect
Proportionate controls in identity, devices, backup and configuration — then kept.
Stay with the fault. Coordinate suppliers. Tell the business what is happening.
- 05
Support
Day-to-day help with ownership. Monitoring and maintenance in the same relationship.
This is the operating relationship. It is not unlimited project work.
- 06
Improve
Reviews, lifecycle, licences, automation where it earns its place, and a roadmap the business can follow.
A regular look at the environment as a whole, not a scoreboard of tickets.
Single point of responsibility
Issue ownership
Radius does not want you trapped between an ISP, Microsoft, a hardware vendor, a telecoms provider and whoever sold the last box. Ownership means staying with the problem. It does not mean we can force another company to meet an outcome outside their contract — or ours.
Your business
One relationship. Plain communication.
Radius
Owns the issue. Coordinates resolution.
