The website is published by RADIUS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, company number 17451757, registered in England and Wales. Customers usually know the company as Radius Technology.

Radius Technology has not appointed a Data Protection Officer. Enquiries go to the privacy mailbox above.

Most pages can be read without sending us a form. Where a form is used, we ask only for what we need to understand the request and reply.

We do not run a newsletter, advertising cookies, or an analytics product on this website. We do not sell personal data.

The form at Talk to us collects your name, business name, work email, optional telephone number, the area you would like help with, a message, and a preferred contact method. Please do not include passwords or other sensitive credentials.

We use that information to understand the enquiry and to reply. It is business correspondence, not a mailing list.

The Technology Review collects structured answers about the business, technology environment, security and resilience, people and support, AI and automation, priorities, and contact details. Free text should not include passwords or credentials.

We use those answers to prepare for a conversation. They are not a scan, score, audit or certification. Confirming that Radius may use the details to prepare for the conversation is not marketing consent.

The hosting platform may process ordinary request information needed to operate and protect the site — for example the requested address, time, and an IP address. A short-lived, in-memory record of recent requests is used as basic rate limiting. That limit is not a marketing profile, and it is not shared storage across every server instance.

Server logs record operational events such as an enquiry type and a delivery reference or error name. They are not written to include the full contents of a form.

We use website enquiry information to:

• read and respond to a request;
• prepare for a Technology Review conversation where one has been requested;
• keep a record of the correspondence for that purpose;
• protect the website from abuse.

We do not use these forms to send newsletters or other marketing. If that ever changes, we will say so plainly and this policy will be updated first.

For ordinary business enquiries we rely on the need to take steps at your request before a possible contract, and on legitimate interests in responding to a business that has contacted us. We do not treat ticking a box on this website as the legal basis for marketing, and nothing on the forms is pre-ticked for that purpose.

Where someone reports a security issue, we handle it as necessary to investigate and respond to that report.

This wording is descriptive. It is not a claim that a formal legitimate-interests assessment has been published, and it is not a claim of guaranteed UK GDPR compliance.

There is no Radius CRM or customer database behind this website. Valid submissions are handled as email into Microsoft 365 when production delivery is enabled, using Amazon SES as the sending service.

Until that production path is switched on, the public forms will not pretend an email has been sent. A local filesystem copy may be used on a developer’s machine for testing. That is not how production enquiries are stored.

Categories of organisation that may process website information:

• Amazon Web Services, including AWS Amplify for hosting and AWS SES when email sending is enabled;
• Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online, as the business mailbox where enquiries are received.

We do not use Microsoft Graph to collect forms. We do not use an advertising or analytics vendor on this site.

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as we need it to handle the request, continue a genuine business conversation, or meet a legal obligation. We have not published a fixed retention period because one has not been set as a public rule. If you want us to delete information we hold from a website enquiry, write to privacy@radiustechnology.co.uk.

AWS and Microsoft are established providers. They may process information in the United Kingdom or in other countries where they operate. We use them to host the site and to carry business email. We do not describe a specific transfer contract on this page beyond that fact.

UK data protection law gives people rights over personal information, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and complaint. How those rights apply depends on the situation. To exercise them in relation to this website, contact privacy@radiustechnology.co.uk.

This website is intended for people acting for a business. It is not designed for children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s information through these forms.
